- The applicant’s Chinese ID card or foreign passport with visa or long-term residence permit in China. Chinese citizens also need to provide a household registration book.

Apostille and Legalization for the Degree Certificate/Transcript
For some countries, simply obtaining a notarial certificate from the notary public is not enough, and Legalization or Apostille may also be required.
